Second-Generation Anticoagulant Rodenticides (SGARs) are killing Connecticut’s wildlife and their young at alarming rates. Far from being a solution, these poisons are counterproductive to rodent control—harming and killing the very animals that naturally regulate rodent populations, including hawks, owls, foxes, and even domestic pets.
